Questions

Is my recording uploaded anywhere?

No. AudioRinse runs the cleaning model inside your browser, on your own computer. Your file never leaves your device, so there's no upload to wait for and nothing stored on a server.

Does it re-compress my video?

No. The video stream is copied bit-for-bit into the new file, and only the soundtrack is replaced. Quality is identical and the export takes seconds.

Will the audio stay in sync?

Yes. The cleaned audio is placed on the exact same timeline as the original, and we measure and correct the audio encoder's start delay, so lips and sound stay together.

Which formats work?

MP4, MOV, WebM and MKV on Chrome, Edge and Safari 26+. The download is an MP4.

Is video free?
