Terms of Service
Effective October 4, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Wikivec Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we”), for your use of AudioRinse. By using AudioRinse you accept them.
1. The service
AudioRinse is a set of browser tools that reduce background noise, room echo and other problems in voice recordings. Processing happens on your device; see the Privacy Policy. Results depend on the recording, and no tool can restore audio that is distorted or heavily damaged.
2. Accounts
You can use the tools without an account; some downloads require a free account. Keep your sign-in details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 (16 in the EEA) to create an account.
3. Free and Pro plans
- Free: unlimited processing and preview; 3 downloads per calendar month (1 without an account), for audio files up to 10 minutes.
- Pro: unlimited downloads, files up to 1 hour, and video export, for $7.99/month or $39.99/year, plus any taxes. Prices shown at checkout, in your currency, are the prices you pay.
4. Billing, renewal and cancellation
Pro is a subscription billed by Wikivec Inc. through Stripe. It renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Billing; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. If you're not happy, email support@wikivec.com within 14days of your first payment and we'll refund it. This doesn't limit any refund rights you have under the law where you live. We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice.
5. Your recordings and acceptable use
You keep all rights to your recordings and to the results; we claim none, and we never receive them. Only process recordings you have the right to use. Don't use AudioRinseto break the law, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service's server systems or circumvent its download limits.
6. Open-source components
AudioRinse includes open-source software under its own licenses, listed on the Licenses page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licenses.
7. Disclaimers
AudioRinseis provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Keep your original recordings; we don't guarantee any particular result.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Wikivec Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to AudioRinseis limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you paid nothing. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using AudioRinseand delete your account at any time. Deleting your account cancels any subscription straight away, so it won't renew; the rest of a paid period isn't refunded unless section 4 applies. We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms. Sections 5, 7, 8 and 10 survive.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring claims in your local courts.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes take effect 30 days after we post them and notify account holders by email.
